This album is a continuation of Worst Parts 1. A collection of songs from 2006-2008 that stem from the depths of desperation, joy, depression and disappointment.

Before BOS was a full band, solo artist Tim Matthews wrote these songs and recorded them on an old Boss BR8 and Cubase. Occasionally electing the help of former band members Tyson Jones and Renée Fréchette.
